My purchase has been stopped under verification by the Tax and Customs Authority for a few days with no movement. What should I do?
Do not worry. There is a standard Finance procedure when a product enters Portugal, which consists of checking all packages. Everything provided for by law. Soon after verification, it is released and goes to the distribution center for
CTT Post Office . If it is not taxed because it is an international purchase, we only have Correios CTT's deadline for delivery to be made.
I ended up moving and I won't be able to receive the product at the address I registered. And now?
We understand that this can happen and we are here to reassure you. To receive the purchase, the new resident will need to receive the purchase from you. In this case, unlike the case of an absentee recipient, where the purchase goes through three delivery attempts
Correios CTT , if the postman is informed that the recipient has moved, the purchase will be returned to the sender. Therefore, we ask that you monitor the progress of your purchase with your tracking code. If the purchase is returned to the sender due to the recipient changing, a new product will only be sent upon a new order and new payment.
Can I change my delivery address?
Maybe yes! However, as we value a quick delivery time, this change must be made immediately after payment for the purchase has been approved, during the order separation process. We have a short deadline for this to be done in order to guarantee speed of delivery. If you need to change your address, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.
How long will it take for my purchases to arrive?
Rest assured, our delivery estimate is a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 30 business days.
I received my purchases but I need to change the size. How do I do that?
Making the switch is very easy and you just need to make sure it meets the requirements below for it to be enabled:
The exchange request must be made within 14 days
after receiving the product;
The product must not have been used, washed or ironed;
It must have the original packaging;
The product cannot be damaged due to misuse.
I received the product but ended up missing the deadline for exchange.
Can I still make the exchange?
As we inform the deadlines on the website, after the expected 14 days, unfortunately the order is not enabled in our system, so that the exchange procedure can be carried out. Therefore, we advise that the item be checked upon receipt, so that the exchange deadline is not missed.
